Our MD Rebecca Eatwell chatted with industry experts and political leaders about the bright future of towns across Greater Manchester.

Industry and political leaders, including GM Mayor Andy Burnham and Capital and Centric’s Tim Heatley, discussed the successes and challenges surrounding town centre regeneration as well as how a ‘joined-up approach’ with both the private and public sectors in the future could reinvigorate regional economies.

Rebecca said: “It’s important to think about how we brand town centres, and in some instances challenge misconceptions about what town centres are, so we can attract people that would have never before thought of living outside of the city. But we shouldn’t be creating a carbon copy of the city centre, the towns have got their own identity and we need to celebrate those things that make them unique and give them character.”
